个人简介
广州中医药大学公共卫生与管理学院杏林青年学者、研究员、博士生导师。
2000年毕业于广东外语外贸大学英语（国际商务秘书）专业，获文学学士学位；2006年毕业于中山大学行政管理专业，获管理学硕士学位；2007年毕业于英国利兹大学卫生管理、规划与政策专业，获文学硕士学位（优等）；2018年毕业于英国爱丁堡玛格丽特女王大学，获全球卫生博士学位。
2000年起先后在广东省卫生系统从事援外医疗管理工作，在英国利兹大学、英
国爱丁堡玛格丽特女王大学等科研项目机构从事中国和非洲的传染病与慢病管
理、体系和政策研究工作。曾经在中山大学流动人口卫生政策研究中心担任
客座研究员和特聘研究员。
目前担任中华医学会细菌感染与耐药防治分会青年学组委员、广东省医学会细菌
感染与耐药防治分会副主任委员、广东省预防医学会公共卫生政策专委会常务委
员、广东省医院协会微生物与临床感染专委会常务委员、广州市公共卫生委员会建设工作专家指导组成员。曾于2014年入选“全球卫生新兴之声”（Emerging Voices for Global Health）。担任SCI 收录期刊《Infectious Disease of Poverty 》、《 BMC Public Health 》 和 英 文 期 刊 《Asian Journal of Medical Humanities》编委，中文核心期刊《中国感染控制杂志》常务编委，是 Bulletin of the World Health Organisation等诸多国际期刊的审稿人。
迄今在 SCI/SSCI收录期刊发表英文论文70篇，含第一、共同第一及通讯作者文章30余篇。曾以第一作者在《柳叶刀》及《柳叶刀-全球卫生》发表通讯评论文章3篇。近年来撰写决策咨询报告多篇，为《南方智库专报》等内部刊物收录，多次获得上级领导的肯定和批示。
