Lin Haixing, Secretary of the CPC Committee:

He takes overall leadership of the CPC Committee of the School, and is responsible for coordination and other affairs related to the Party, ideological and political education of the cadres and the faculty, incorruptible governance, Trade Union, physical education, security, confidentiality and public security, and cultural development; and he organizes learning of the core group of the CPC Committee of the School.

Zhou Shangcheng, Dean:

He takes overall leadership of the School’s administration, and is responsible for HR, finance, academic program development, family planning, foreign affairs and external cooperation; and he heads the office of the CPC Committee.

Huang Yitian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee:

Assisting the Secretary of the CPC Committee, she is in charge of propaganda, the united front, Care for the Next Generation Working Committee and is responsible for ideological and political education and everyday management, CPC and CYL development, mental health education, enrollment and employment of undergraduates, as well as for ideological and political education, CPC and CYL development of postgraduates; and she heads the Students’ Work Office and the CYL Sub-committee.

Yuan Dongsheng, Vice Dean:

As Vice Dean, he is responsible for scientific research, laboratory construction, continuing education and logistics management.

Ma Lijun, Vice Dean:

As Vice Dean, he is responsible for undergraduate education and teaching, academic program development, teaching base construction, internship and postgraduate education.
